The City Council of Brunete (Madrid) has gone a step further when it comes to locating the writers of his village and has chosen to tease them. The City Council held a fake graffiti competition to paint the “first monument to freedom of expression.” The goal also was to “clean up the image of graffiti” and the winner also would take a 300 euros reward. They selected 5 writers among the ones who attended the competition, “the ones that really were painting the streets of the town” according to an oficial spokeperson.
